What Is Invisalign?

Invisalign is popular dental treatment used for straightening teeth. The aligner trays are made of a thermoplastic material and are custom made for each patient. These aligners are virtually invisible so they will not be easily noticed. You will be supplied with a series of aligners to wear that progressively reposition the teeth. This process is mapped out in advance during the development of the treatment plan. Invisalign aligners work by moving your teeth through the appropriate placement of controlled force. Invisalign not only controls the force but also the timing of the force application.
